BREAKING! Jackrong is already cooking up v3 versions of the Opus Fintunes, and the best news? He's calling it Qwopus now! This 9B version 3 was only released hours ago! Q4 is a measly 5.63 GB in size! This is perfect timing, as I had many requests for something good to run on 16 or less GB VRAM! Looking forward to giving it a test, but in the meantime, here's the link! Looks like our momentum is working to keep him going on his great work! Hopefully going to see a 27B v3 with the same improvements soon! huggingface.co/Jackrong/Qwopu…

🚀 Imagine running Claude 4.6 Opus-level reasoning... but entirely on your own GPU with just 16GB VRAM. This 27B Qwen3.5 variant, distilled on Claude 4.6 Opus reasoning traces, delivers frontier coding power locally. It’s beating Claude Sonnet 4.5 on SWE-bench in 4-bit quantization (Q4_K_M) while slashing chain-of-thought bloat by 24%. ✅ Retains 96.91% HumanEval accuracy ✅ Perfect for agentic coding loops (no API costs or latency) 300K+ downloads on HF Link below 👇🏻

What are we optimizing for here? My riterement account or yours? I wish life was this simple. Some business geneiunely want to help and others are extremely focused on extracting as much value as they can, sadly even at he expense of the customeres that support them.

I’m as bullish on AI for programming as anyone, but when I compare what I see day-to-day in my own work using frontier LLM models with some of the futuristic claims out there, it often feels like there’s a bit too much storytelling going on. Maybe "replace your SaaS software with vibe-coded apps" will be possible someday, who knows? But if you claim you’ve already done it... I’m looking forward to the postmortem.

Devs who can code also WITHOUT AI as well looking to became 10x more valuable They are the ones who won’t panic or be idle when their Claude quota runs out… So much for all the advice on how learning to code is not worth it any more…

To manage growing demand for Claude we're adjusting our 5 hour session limits for free/Pro/Max subs during peak hours. Your weekly limits remain unchanged. During weekdays between 5am–11am PT / 1pm–7pm GMT, you'll move through your 5-hour session limits faster than before.

Try and use a top tier model and pay for it with tokens. You’ll soon find out that we can’t really afford the AI we want. It’s extremely expensive. We are definitely being subsidized. With all the slop we’re building something will have to give. Don’t believe me? Go and pay for tokens.

The moment the West decided evidence no longer mattered — if it got in the way of utopia. Melanie Phillips (former Guardian journalist): “Objective evidence was cast aside because it was too inconvenient. The very idea of reason and rationality was dismissed. All these ideologies — multiculturalism, lifestyle choice, deep green environmentalism, moral relativism — were utopian. They promised perfection. Anyone who brought facts against them wasn’t just wrong… they were evil.” Result? - Evidence became “right-wing” - Dissenters were bullied, ostracized, fired, threatened - The Guardian itself became the heart of this ideological machine… until she fell foul of it. When ideology is sacrosanct and the world must be perfected, facts become the enemy — and truth-tellers become heretics. Have you watched this shift in real time — where inconvenient evidence gets labeled “hate” or “misinformation”? Which sacred ideology do you think has done the most damage to open debate? Your honest take 👇

I'm beta testing the @fireworks_ai developer pass. Impressive! Kimi k2.5 Turbo is fast! The network feels snappy and I'm not waiting as much as I used to with other products. I'm also running it with pi.dev and the minimalistic harness is really helping with focus.

My kids wanted color in pages and I wanted to see if I can build a wasm powered version that converts our own memories: pictocolourin.com . All in the browser, no storage.

I'm getting mixed signals. Are tokens are supposed to get cheaper over time? Or are we getting such good bargains by paying fixed prices for plans ( as they are actually subsidised and we should show our gratitude)?

Able to get a simple pi-extension that gives me a quick status on my session viewer. Not quite as fancy as other tools but enough of an overview for my usage.
