the more video of Hegseth benching 315 the more its suspect. in 2 days he goes from standard plates to bumper plates, 3x as wide, so the weight moves from centered ABOVE his chest to spread out ACROSS his chest. for 1 rep of your absolute max, that is very different. he would be using stabilizing muscle he never needed before, he should have LESS control yet he has MORE. that doesnt make any sense, thats not anatomy works. not to fuckign mention you dont have a spindly child spot you when benching your max.
