Advice like this is why the divorce rate is so high. The “they don’t love you anymore” fallacy. The notion that “love” is a feeling that comes and goes, vs a commitment to put your loved one first. A commitment that takes work and sacrifice, and lacks self-interest. Worst advice ever, never use a marriage counselor who talks like this. Or do, and chase that feeling for the rest of your life and after 3 or 4 divorces when you’re old and all alone, maybe you’ll finally realize how BAD her advice actually was.
