@HossamBegovic @Nature TBD. It's likely a mix, but follow-up experiments will have to determine. It was my planned postdoc work until I switched over to Coursera.

I'm exploring workflows to manually generate ground truth segmentation from @mesospim 3D light sheet data (eg, blood vessels). Currently using ITK-SNAP. Does anybody have experience with good tablets or pens to make this more user-friendly? Any advice would be appreciated!
