@TomSteyer You won’t find a law enforcement official who would follow your order.

@JaneToegel @amyklobuchar Yep, and as Chairman of the MN Senate Human Services Committee, all of fraudulent payments were authorized by his committee.

MAGA FOREVER AMEN 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇬🇷
When Somalians go to the doctor, they suddenly don’t speak English and need an interpreter. The interpreter gets paid $100.00 per hr. plus transportation cost. They must brainstorm every day about how to suck money out of the system.

@land10k_gophers @Autolock @mitchpberg It wasn't a rant. It provided pertinent context. Mixing suicide deaths with violent crime is a lie. Senator Klobuchar knows that but makes the claim in order to confuse her constituents.

The Senator is lying. There were 170 homicides in Minnesota in 2024. 3/4 of them were in Minneapolis/st paul, most of them linked to some other crime, mostly drugs. The rest were suicides. Gun control doesn’t affect suicide.
Amy Klobuchar@amyklobuchar

In 2024, 564 Minnesotans lost their lives to gun violence. And last year, two little kids’ lives were taken in the Annunciation shooting months after Melissa and Mark Hortman were killed in their own home. We need action on common-sense gun legislation. I will always fight to keep Minnesotans safe.

@mitchpberg Nothing she said was a lie. You just don’t like considering a gun suicide to be a life lost due to guns.

15 indictments. Not one elected official. 😡 The fraudsters who STOLE the money are being charged. The politicians who PROTECTED the fraud are smiling for selfies and running for Senate. Not one apology. Not one resignation. Not one elected official in handcuffs. Walz is retiring with FOUR pensions. Ellison wants MORE budget to fight the fraud he enabled. Flanagan wants a Senate seat. Klobuchar wants to be governor. Omar is facing federal subpoenas and still in Congress. Minnesota taxpayers lost $9 BILLION. The people who let it happen are being PROMOTED. This is the definition of a two-tiered justice system. The indictments are a start. But they are NOT enough. We need perp walks for the politicians too. 🇺🇸 #Minnesota #15Indictments #PoliticianAccountability #DOJ #PerpWalks #NeverFlanagan #NeverKlobuchar #MNPolitics #TheReckoningIsNotDone

The people who have been charged doesn’t surprise Minnesotans but what does shock Minnesota residents is that No elected official has apologized or faced accountability and that is a Big Issue

Yesterday I was asked the same question twice, once during the ME Forum panel and hours later by Congressman Steve Womack: what can we do to halt the Islamic expansion in America? My answer was that Islam is expanding because Americans have lost their belief in the supremacy of Western civilization. Islamic expansion is not a cause. It is a symptom. When academia poisoned the minds of millions of Americans with garbage cultural relativism, with condemnation of the West for colonialism, slavery, and patriarchy, instead of celebration of the West for leading the world in abolishing slavery, granting women equal rights, and admitting that the West left the colonized nations better off than it found them, it cleared the ground for everything that followed. Western culture is superior to other cultures. No one throws themselves into the ocean to reach the shores of China. Millions do to reach the West. The way to save the West from Islam is to restore confidence in the West. Islamic expansion is a symptom.

I think DOJ is actually happy about this. The pending criminal charges were the only basis for Judge Xinis keeping him in the country. Now he can be scheduled for removal to a third country -- Liberia for him?? I don't remember. Judge Xinis has NO BASIS to prevent that. Judge Murphy up in Boston has been told 3 times by SCOTUS to stop interfering in Third Country removals. If his travel is arranged, they might even take him back into ICE custody to process him for removal. It'll be interesting to see if Judge Xinis thinks she has any jurisdiction in that circumstance.

@shipwreckedcrew Mr Shipley, curious what your take is on these developments and do you think Kilmer is ever going to actually be deported? What seems to be the holdup and does he still have appeals? x.com/julie_kelly2/s…

@shipwreckedcrew Ship, question for you: How much "bad law" has been created by the efforts to keep this guy in country? And, by bad law, I mean "bad" for the folks who are against deportations.

A Somali man in Minnesota named Ahmed Nur stole nearly $10 million in a Medicaid fraud scheme He was only sentenced to 180 days in the Workhouse He was ordered to pay some restitution but his attorney says his corporate account is off limits Wait until you hear this, - The corporate account is called ‘AAA A to Z Friendly Languages, Inc’ - The company was repeatedly named in separate Medicaid fraud schemes - Several of A to Z’s contracted interpreters were charged with billing Medicaid for fraudulent or phantom services - one filing showed the company only verified interpreter logs about 10% of the time Suggesting 90% fraud for his second company and he says that money can’t touched to pay back any restitution He stole nearly $10 million with 1 company and has a second company he’s doing the same type of fraud with Send every single Somali back to Somalia We have all had enough

🚨 WATCH: Former Minnesota fraud investigator Jay Swanson tells a US Senate committee that fraudulent child care centers were "opening faster than we could close them down." "We received a phone call from a fire department inquiring if a child care center was still operating because they had stopped there on numerous days to complete an inspection but there were never any staff or kids there. "The center was listed as open and had billed us approximately $1 million in the past 12 months ." He said a senior state official ordered him to delete parts of a document where he described the scope of the fraud. Swanson said he told officials at the time that "the fraud was so massive that one day it would come to light."

A Republican running state-wide has not won for 20 years. I shouldn't have to point that out, but apparently many party activists have chosen to ignore that basic fact. Tafoya is our best chance to win. She's not going to be the "perfect" candidate - but our perfect candidate will surely lose. That is the reality of the situation. Tafoya will attract significant independent voter support and squishy Democrats.

Michele Tafoya is Tim Pawlenty 2018 all over again. Huge poll numbers, deep pockets, skipping the GOP endorsement process. How did that end? The MN GOP stood by their endorsed candidate and Pawlenty lost.

@GrageDustin @NorthStarRight Of course, there's also the 1996 Boschwitz-Wellstone rematch where Boschwitz blocked the endorsement of McKasy, won the primary handily, and then lost handily in the general to Wellstone. Is that the Boschwitz example you were looking for? It is the most recent.

If elected, your first step should be to dis-enroll every Minnesotan who receives any public assistance from the Dept. of Human Services and the Dept. of Health. Make then resubmit their applications and make sure they qualify. Require them to reapply every six months.
Lisa Demuth@LisaDemuthMN

Enough. This ends when I’m governor. The fraudsters rob people who need these services, and they rob families who work hard and pay taxes. Democrats denied over and over that fraud is a problem. Sixteen years of Democrat governors IS the problem. That changes this November.
