@SW_Help got caught up in the disruption morning and needed assistance with onward journey tkt issue. Your ticket office at WAT really unhelpful and even cited it is a “Network Rail problem to sort, not ours”. Your DSM once involved was very helpful and should be recognised.

Morning @SW_Help sorry to say that from a user perspective your new system roll out has not gone well. Whilst I know that payment details didn’t transfer you have lost contact/address details and Tap2Go linked accounts. Please pass on to management as someone needs to step in.

@steffangoold Hello Steffan, I am afraid there are no taxi claim backs in place. We do have bus ticket acceptance in place, my apologies for any inconvenience caused. ^LJ

@SW_Help @steffangoold Come on SWR. Being told to get local buses. There is now only one bus route operating south from WOK and it just simply has no capacity for the volume of people. When are you going to authorise taxis. It is pouring with rain so decisive action is urgently needed.

@SW_Help @steffangoold Are you now authorising Taxi’s given you have just offloaded 12coaches at Woking and all services to FNC cancelled till 20.15 at the absolute earliest. Someone needs to take control here at WOK. Announcements stating no trains running not helping.
