With a 100% penalty for revenue shifting. Won't cost them any votes. Hell, it would nearly get me to vote for the reds.

a barrel of oil can provide as much electricity as a 400W solar panel does annually. a barrel of oil runs $92 and comes with a few minor logistical complications. this year the solar panel should run less than $90; you can order online, ships in a week.

The lesser of 2 evils is sll we get to choose sometimes. As I said off the top, I dont know which is the lesser currently, I hope it's this one.
