#7... Carterville, 2008, 38-2, Head Coach Brett Diel. Won the State Championship game 13-2. Was dominant the entire season. Pitcher Brittany Ashton finished with a sub ERA of 0.25. This team outscored their opponents 308 to 17 for the season. We are one week away.

As a high school athlete, don’t take the cheap/harmful way out and take PEDs. You’d be surprised how far quality programming, protein, and 5g of creatine daily will take you. Become educated!

If you’re doing 10 sprints in a 2 minute span, you’re not “speed training.” If you’re doing sets 15 box jumps rapidly you’re not building power If you’re doing “90%,” of your max for 10… no you’re not Things work if applied the right way Rest, move full speed, keep reps low
