@wfcouncil why doesn’t our food recycling bin get emptied regularly? 38 flats and the bin was last emptied before Christmas - and that was when we emailed to ask. Surely we shouldn’t have to ask each time? We’re putting food waste into our main bins now….thank you

@UnofficialOA We notice this in MFL when we teach telling the time in Y7. So many of them have no idea of analogue and we have to teach this first.

I’m probably late to the party with this, but kids can’t tell (analogue) time any more and I’m not sure how I feel about this. #edutwitter

Instead of resolutions, I made plans for 2025. I didn't meet all of them, but having them there (right by my desk so I see them every day) kept me focused. I've got blank ones for 2026 if you would like one (8 or 16 squares). I'll definitely be doing this again.

@RE_McGEE Oh, have a look at Bella Coco. She’s English, so she teaches the UK terms. Her YouTube tutorials are so clear.

My lymphedema in my hands means I can no longer cross stitch, which makes me sad. I’m having a duvet day today and teaching myself to crochet - it is ridiculously hard. Things improved slightly once ChatGPT started coaching me, offering gentle interventions every 20 stitches.

@e17caz @Ocado Thank you but no, I won't be getting replacements for the damaged goods as it's 'beyond' their logistics to deliver them. They gave me a voucher code though

Hi @Ocado . Have just had my delivery but 2 chilled items were damaged because the packers put heavier items on top of them which broke the cellophane seal. Am housebound so won't get these items now for Christmas - I needed both. Have sent you DM
