@DanMcClinton1 Every FAR regulation has a military equivalent. Military pilots are required to abide by the same rules.

Fun fact, military pilots don’t have FAA licenses, unless they go out and get them on their own…but sure tell us all what rules were broken, and what needs to be done to the pilots. I was in the CAV, does that make me cavalier too?
Brian Krassenstein@krassenstein

These cavalier pilots endangered American citizens, were suspended, and now Trump’s administration is unsuspending them and praising them. Pathetic. They should all lose their licenses.

Hello Mrs. Owens, You told millions of people that Tyler Robinson "wasn't even there." That you felt "confident stating that Tyler Robinson did not kill murder Charlie Kirk." He was on camera. Prone on the Losi rooftop at 12:22. Shot at 12:23:28. DNA on the screwdriver at 30 quintillion to one. DNA on the rifle at 1.7 octillion to one. He told his family what he did. His parents helped him surrender. He texted his roommate: "I am, I'm sorry." He engraved "Hey Fascist! Catch!" on the ammunition a month before he used it. You said police "didn't even question" Lance Twiggs. He was interviewed twice. FBI the morning after. Joint state-federal team seven months later. His own attorney. Voluntary phone surrender. You laughed when you said it. You told Shawn Ryan a shaped charge killed Charlie. That PETN was in his microphone. The medical examiner says gunshot wound. Bullet fragments were recovered from his body. A .30-06 Mauser with Robinson's DNA was found in the woods. Neither side — not prosecution, not defense — has mentioned explosives. Not once in four days. You said the shot came from below. The Losi building is above the amphitheater. You called Erika Kirk a "clinical psychopath" to an audience of millions. You said the assassination was "an occult ritual." You said Charlie was "sitting in a pentagram." You told people Israel killed him because he refused Netanyahu. You made over a hundred episodes. You built a franchise on a dead man's name. And the hardest fact of all: Tyler Robinson's own defense lawyers — the people whose entire career is on the line to get him acquitted — have refused to make a single one of your arguments. Not one. They're challenging DNA methodology. They are doing their jobs. You were doing something else entirely. Charlie Kirk changed my life. He platformed my work when nobody knew who I was. He had my back when I was doxxed. I was the ten-thousandth most important person in his world and I will never be able to repay him. So I did what I know how to do. I read every transcript. I watched every hour of testimony. I cataloged your claims and I held them up against what was said under oath. Every single one failed. I don't know why you did this. I'm not going to speculate on your motives, because that would make me exactly the kind of analyst I've spent my career refusing to be. But I know what you did. You told people confident lies about a dead man's murder, and millions of them believed you, and some of them turned that belief into threats against his widow. The trial continues. And every day of sworn testimony is another day your words get tested against reality... under oath, on the record, where it counts. I'll be here for all of it... because just as Charlie defended me, I will do what little I can to defend his legacy and @TPUSA and @MrsErikaKirk from evil.

At this point there’s way more evidence that @RealCandaceO was demonically placed and supernaturally elevated within our ranks, to be in a position to divide and knife us at the most painful and strategic of times, then there is for any of her Charlie assassination theories.

Jezebel was a Phoenician princess who married Ahab, king of Israel, and brought the worship of Baal with her. She led God’s people into idolatry (1 Kings 16:31–33). She killed the Lord’s prophets and hunted Elijah (1 Kings 18–19). She used deception and abuse of power to destroy an innocent man, forging letters in the king’s name and arranging false witnesses to have Naboth executed for his vineyard (1 Kings 21). And she dominated a weak king who stood by and let her do it. Elijah prophesied that dogs would devour her (1 Kings 21:23). And in 2 Kings 9 it happens. She is thrown from a window, trampled, and eaten by dogs. But her name makes it into the New Testament, when Jesus rebukes the church in Thyatira for tolerating “that woman Jezebel” who calls herself a prophetess and leads believers into immorality and idolatry (Revelation 2:20). Why? Because the story of Jezebel is about a pattern. An era. False authority that infiltrates from within, seduces God’s people away from truth, silences genuine voices (the prophets), manufactures lies (the sealed letters, the false witnesses, the legal proceeding), and thrives wherever those who can stop her are passive. What Jezebel represents is so important that we are warned about it by Christ in Revelation. And the warning isn’t aimed at the Jezebel or the deceiver. It’s aimed at those who tolerate the deceptions. We live in a time when influential voices build massive followings by mixing truth with fabrication, by destroying innocent people’s reputations with nothing more than vibes. They get rich from it. And audiences and institutions tolerate it because confrontation is costly. By the time of Revelation, Jezebel had been dead for roughly 900 years. Jesus wasn’t confused about the timeline. He took a dead queen’s name and applied it to a living deception, because Jezebel had become a spirit that recurs. An era. And the Jezebel era is easy to spot if you read Kings. Truth is inverted. Baal was enthroned where Yahweh belonged. Isaiah 5:20 describes this: calling evil good and good evil, darkness light and light darkness. The truth-tellers are attacked relentlessly. The prophets were killed or driven into caves, and even Elijah ends up under the broom tree wanting to die, convinced he is the only one left. A Jezebel era doesn’t just spread lies. It demoralizes the truth-tellers until they become silent. Those in power are too passive. Ahab knew, and did nothing to stop her. The era isn’t sustained by the deceiver alone but by everyone with authority who finds it easier to look away, or by anyone who has the power to push back and doesn’t. But God always keeps a remnant. Seven thousand who did not bow the knee to Baal (1 Kings 19:18). Because Jezebel eras don’t get reformed. They get overthrown. And as we learn in Revelation, the time to repent is given, and then it runs out. Well we are in the Jezebel era. And the only way out is through. That’s why people have to fight for truth, judge those they listen to by the fruits those people produce, pray for and exercise discernment, and be the remnant. Not Ahab.

STATEMENT ON GOVERNOR SPANBERGER'S MARIJUANA BUDGET DEBACLE I warned that rushing marijuana commercialization through Virginia would lead to reckless governing. This week, that warning came true in the worst possible way. Governor Abigail Spanberger and the far-left majority in the General Assembly jammed their marijuana retail scheme into the state budget instead of allowing it to go through the normal legislative process, where it could have received the scrutiny it deserved. Now we know the cost of that shortcut: according to Williamsburg-James City Commonwealth's Attorney Nate Green, former president of the Virginia Association of Commonwealth's Attorneys, the drafting is so sloppy that Virginia's own prosecutors are warning the law banning marijuana distribution, and the law protecting Virginians under 21 from possessing marijuana, may have already been repealed a full year earlier than anyone intended. Let that sink in. Because far left Democrats chose to legislate drug policy through a budget bill instead of a real bill with real hearings, prosecutors across this Commonwealth are now uncertain whether they can even enforce the law against selling marijuana to a minor. Mr. Green himself said it plainly: courts resolve ambiguity against prosecutors, and defense attorneys already have grounds to argue these protections no longer exist. This is not a minor technical glitch. This is what happens when ideology outruns competence. Governor Spanberger and legislative Democrats were so determined to deliver a marijuana retail market that they didn't take the time to make sure basic child-protection statutes stayed on the books in the meantime. Virginia families deserve better than a government that can't be bothered to get the details right when the details involve protecting kids from drug dealers. I am calling on Governor Spanberger and the General Assembly to: immediately acknowledge this drafting failure and call a special session without delay to close this gap and restore certainty that distributing marijuana to a minor remains a crime in Virginia; Virginians were told this marketplace would be built "safely and responsibly." Instead, the first real-world test of this policy is a mess entirely of the majority's own making. The people of Virginia deserve a government that gets this right, not one that has to be told by its own prosecutors that it may have accidentally legalized selling drugs to children.
