We must ensure that her tenure — marked by a devotion to the person of the president and not to the security of the country — represents a terrible exception at DNI and not the new normal.

Today, I signed Executive Order 16 to: 🔹 Ban ICE from using state property as an operations base 🔹 Require federal immigration officers to show warrants before accessing state property 🔹 Launch a Know Your Rights website for Virginians affected by federal immigration enforcement to access resources and guidance 🔹 Provide guidance for employees at courthouses, schools, polling locations, and healthcare facilities when federal officers attempt to conduct immigration enforcement
