@J_E_Mitchel @NatureBiotech This is a cool paper, and I’ve been promoting it since it was a preprint 🎉, but it would have been nice to acknowledge related work based on tensor decomposition (maybe benchmark against it too?), which is also for one of your use cases on CCIs (eg Tensor-cell2cell and scTensor)
