Hey @RepublicAirways your crew scheduling sucks. My flight is delayed because you can’t figure out how to staff a flight… and the crew desk won’t let the **available** flight attendant who is VOLUNTEERING to work the flight actually work it.

Hey @AmericanAir when an employee comes a in uniform, they represent the company regardless of if they’re working a flight, deadheading, etc. You might want to remind the employee seated in 1F on flight 2723 of that as their behavior this morning does not reflect well on y’all.

@AmericanExpress hey all, trying to understand why after I took the stairs to the lounge, like I normally do, you had someone make me take the stairs back down and then take the elevator back up? This makes no sense? Especially for those of us who take the stairs to stay fit!

Update: the smelly brown substance does NOT appear to be feces as it is not coming off with soap and water—or the lounge could have ineffective soap. Next attempt: an alcohol-based hand-cleaner.

It’s been a couple years since I was on an @AmericanAir plane small enough to require valeting my carry-on… seems that having the only yellow priority tag now means that your bag is the last one to be returned in CLT and the only one to be returned smeared in brown smelly stuff.

@AmericanAir No, it really wasn’t. The reason I *always* pre-oder is so that I’m not stuck with something terrible. And, I have to say, this was the first inedible FC meal I’ve had on AA in ~5-6 years. The plastic cutlery and lack of napkin was just insult to injury.

WTF is up with @AmericanAir catering? I’m flying First from CLT-LAS on AA2470. I preordered the Chicken Picatta. Everyone else in this cabin received decent meals with actual silverware. I received a bare and dry chicken breast, salad no dressing, and a plastic knife/fork… huh?
