Enjoyed my first Pomtypridd Parkrun @Pontyparkrun this morning. A lovely course through Ynysangharad Park close to town and the river Taff. Thanks to all the amazing volunteers and marshalls for giving up their time every Saturday. 🏃🏻👍🏻

Woman collapsed on the pavement bleeding from her head. I parked, controlled the situation (others were fretting) and stopped cuts on her head . Whilst she was going in and out of consciousness she made a racist remark at me. I literally have her blood on me. Welcome to the UK.

Really enjoyed my first Aberbeeg parkrun this morning! Lush weather and lovely people followed by a cuppa and toast in the community centre. Afterwards we visited the Guardian of the Valleys statue in Six Bells. Then breakfast in Vamos by the river in Abertillery. Wonderful! 👌
