@AmirHorowitz As it was also a GMP/practical consideration, we didn't test this systematically, we should. The feeling based on the importance of myeloid derived cytokines for adaptive expansions is ofc that there might be.

It’s a great question! Is there any added boost by maintaining myeloid subsets during expansion?

@DjaoudZ @MalmbergLab Hi Zakia! As the protocol is intended for GMP manufacturing, a CD3/CD19 depletion is preferable as this is a one-step CliniMacs standard procedure (so cheaper and easier than CD56 enrichment). But expanding from isolated NK works too!

Dear Cell Cycle Enthusiasts. What does it mean when one population of cells has a higher MFI for Ki67 that another? I was expecting differences in frequency, but MFI?
