@victor_yaw_ how do you guys get around pre-funding on the fiat leg? eg. USDC -> KRW don't you need to build a pool of KRW or work with a counterparty that alry does to remit KRW?

hot take: fintech / defi companies shouldn't brag about how lean they run the company i sense that its to signal to vc & peers, but as a customer it doesn't inspire confidence especially post ftx (famously ran a super lean team but also with minimal governance / controls) more a commentary on comms and not how companies should be run
