show us that churn Jacob 🫢
Sending campaigns to mrr subs 9/10 times will increase your churn
Jacob@jforjacob
No, we don't use pop-ups Yes, we're doing just fine

@zakburgers Literally says in the comments that he excludes subscribers.
English

Jacob is a legend, but this is such a retarded tweet
He is sending campaigns to his product subscribers and says that he’s fine with his email campaigns
A person who is already on the subscription receives the email, opens it, and after 2 days gets charged
Klaviyo attributes these charges to the campaigns
In fact, he is only increasing his churn rate
Not the first tweet from Jacob saying that he hates pop-up forms, but it’s 100% a limited belief
If he didn’t know about Klaviyo attribution in terms of MRR, then it shows that he has never worked with anyone who actually knows how to properly run emails
60% of my clients are in the same niche and some of them are making 9 figures a year and we use pop-up forms for them
If you don’t have a pop-up form, then forget about sales from campaigns and flows
Jacobbb hit me up man, I want to prove to you that if you optimize the pop-up form correctly, you can easily use it without killing the CVR

Multiple of my accounts experienced a 150-350% drop in ROAS yesterday
Initially, I freaked out
But when I checked the numbers in NB and TW, there was just a slight drop, 5-20%
So wtf is happening with FB?
Is it just a reporting issue on something seriously messed up with pixel/tracking
Anyone else seeing something similar?
If there was not 3rd partry trackers, I would have decreased the budget.

Most ecom founders are solving the wrong problem.
They obsess over creatives and budgets while the real question is,
whether the product ha a market at all, was never properly answered.
I made that mistake early and paid for it with ad spend that went nowhere.
Now nothing moves without running 3 Claude prompts first.
- Niche validation,
- Competitor mapping,
- Product-level demand signals,
in that order, every time.
That discipline is part of how my ecom brands see $800k weeks consistently.
Comment "RESEARCH" and I'll send the prompts over.

@consalvio That tigersnus is enough to burn a hole through your cheeks 😂

@MF4188 @jforjacob @EcomKostnchko_ That’s because most people giving the advice have something to sell you. They can’t sell you an offer and Jacob doesn’t sell his advice
English

@jforjacob @EcomKostnchko_ This seems contradictory to most advice on here lol. But I’ll note it thank you.
English

@jforjacob @Nugennath @klaviyo Standard attribution which everyone knows is a bit fluffy but the same level of sales wouldn’t of come in without the email and sms communications. Personally not a massive fan of sms and its costs as likely they would convert from email for cheaper but good for big events/ urgen

@danikennyi how you gonna sell it for real money if you havnt even hit 10k a month?
English

@AmritH_007_ @calebcanales_ and he hid the orders and revenue just to be showed by a contractor online anyway.
English

@calebcanales_ Gurmer posted the same screenshot on his IG. This is YoungLA for everyone wondering, not his brand
English

@dannybuck i was so desperate to leave the corporate world, im pretty sure i even applied for a remote customer service job at craftd. Now im travelling the world working from my laptop. Saving as much of the money as possible, i aint ever going back!
English

@zeurois @calumnolan_ most likely this. theres no way you would have a bounce rate that high from sending to 1649 people by not using an exclusion lets be real. Just manufacturing a scenario to shit on other agencies.

@EcomNizar Top advice! been having this conversation a lot recently. easy when you start getting money to inflate your lifestyle but it can all change very quickly. Security first

The best thing you can do as a young man printing millions per year is to drain your account to 10% every month
Take 90% of your account and put it in an investment that you can’t immediately cash out to force you to think long-term and keep you hungry
Your 30-year-old retired self on the yacht will thank you

$100k+ brands don’t freestyle static ads
they rely on a consistent visual system
clear hierarchy, sharp contrast, instant readability
so the message lands before the scroll continues
most static ads underperform because they blend in
same layouts, same spacing, same mistakes
this guide breaks down how strong brands design
to look intentional, premium, and credible
without overcomplicating anything
no theory
no fluff
just repeatable layouts you can reuse endlessly
i put the full system into a short guide
rt + comment “STATIC” and i’ll send it
