Update for March on the new brand. Net 10k loss for the month. Better ROAS overall but still not profitable. Hard to split my attention between our 8/9 fig clients and the brand when I'm basically their head of growth. My biz partner is focusing on our other skincare brand. End of story = I need to get better at Ads for this market xD PS: Team needs to get much better too.

Just launched our new supps brand. Loss 5k so far. But starting to turn. Week 3 we had our first positive week. Very good signs for a new brand that is not kalo-ripped. MOQ for our first batch was 5k. 1k units in China 3PL shipping right now, our 4k units are being shipped on fast-boats to US 3PL as we speak. Shipment for supps from China 3PL to US customer is 14-15 days. OK for now but want to move to US 3PL asap because of customer experience.

People keep asking for this and I've been sitting on it for a while. Here's my 50 founder ad swipe file - you can copy and rinse and repeat. Lot's of these are running at scale - lot's are just cool concepts and variations to give you ideas to test. Pulled it all together into one swipe file. P.S this is a working file so I will keep adding too it! Everytime I see a new banger I will add. Comment "SWIPE" and I'll send it over.

Everyone thinks scaling is about finding the right audience. It isn't. Scaling is about finding the right first sentence. Meta will find your audience. It is genuinely good at that now. Give it a conversion event, give it budget, leave it alone. What it cannot do is make someone stop scrolling. That's still on you. The hook is the only lever you actually control. Everything else is the algorithm's job. Brands that understand this spend their energy on the first 3 seconds and let the rest run. Brands that don't understand this are in the ad account every morning moving budget between ad sets and wondering why nothing scales. What's your current best-performing first line?
