🚨 Court Says Buying a Gun Isn’t Protected by the 2A?! The First Circuit just dealt a serious blow to the Second Amendment in Beckwith v. Frey. In a shocking move, they claimed that buying or acquiring a firearm is not even covered by the “plain text” of the 2A. What does “plain text” mean? It means the exact words written in the Constitution. The court’s argument was that because the Second Amendment says “keep and bear arms” and does not specifically say “buy” or “acquire,” purchasing a firearm is not directly protected. That should alarm every freedom-loving American. 👉 The Second Amendment protects the right to keep and bear arms 👉 A right means nothing if the government can block you from getting the arms in the first place 👉 You cannot “keep” or “bear” what you are not allowed to acquire 👉 The court’s logic ignores common sense and weakens a core constitutional protection 👉 Courts should defend liberty, not narrow it by playing word games The right to own firearms includes the right to purchase them. Colorado is an extremely conservative, gun loving, outdoor maxing state with a liberal cancer. Republicans gave it motor voter laws (automatic mail in) then the democrat party got funded, and organized.

Why don’t more people get involved in the 2A movement? Exhibit A: ⬇️ This person (anonymously, of course) is my heckler. Everyone, meet my hater ass heckler. People like this are a reason people no longer want to get involved in community and public service. Because there is always some rude, miserable hater who will find a way to complain, judge, harass, and insult those who are willing to take risks and do something for the greater benefit of society rather than themselves. It’s very rare that I flex or pop my shit for the peanut gallery, because frankly I don’t need your approval or applause, but don’t think because I don’t boast brag or clout chase that I’m not a force multiplier. I have and continue to make progress regardless if you, or others validate it. The truth is, most of the wins and progress made you have never seen me try to brag on - I know who I am. I know what I’ve done and do. Those who matter know it as well. Plenty of change and progress exits bc of foundations and challenges I helped create and implement. I don’t need your thank you or your recognition bc I didn’t do it for that- I did it because it’s the righteous and morally correct thing to do. My thank you? When the result I coordinated crosses the finish line. Imagine complaining about people’s work anonymously from the side lines instead of owning your own actions or lack there of from a place of observation rather than action - then wondering why people don’t want to do diddly squat for you. The internet is wild. You have the same 24 hours in a day I do - Whats your excuse?

I want to give a very special shout out to Shoot Indoors Aurora Colorado. Last Friday I had the pleasure to teach gun safety and handling to someone who is running for political office here in Colorado. This person is running against one of the biggest anti gun legislatures in Colorado and is doing the honorable and diligent work of learning about firearms from the gun experts rather than the anti gunners. We needed to shoot some live fire rounds after classroom time and per the desires of said student, wanted to shoot outdoors. I had my assistant call an outdoor range to inform them we would like to shoot there and if possible, could they accommodate us for a lane that is either a few lanes from other shooters or if they had a wait time. This range was not only rude to my assistant (who works for me for free - yes volunteers bc they believe in my work I do) but told my assistant that it would be an hour wait bc they have other people with a class & they would charge us $150/hour to let us shoot on the members side of the range. I called Shoot Indoors and told them I was coming to their range with my student and who my student was. The owner comp-ed our range fees, treated us with respect, open arms, thanked me for all the work I do for the 2A community and the FFL’s of Colorado and told my student they would do whatever they could to help their campaign to defeat this notorious anti gunner. Thank you Joe Connor and his staff at Shoot Indoors Buckley. Thank you for the kindness and support. I will be scheduling more events and promoting your location as often as I can because it is run by patriots not just capitalist business owners.
