Everyone is so focused on subscription ecom right now Meanwhile the guys "crushing it" are running Buy 2 Get 1 Free Offers and charging customers every month Think about that for a second. Nobody is using 3 bottles per month. That's a 90 day supply shipping every 30 days They're not building retention. They're just grabbing LTV upfront and praying half their customers don't notice they're drowning in product they'll never use Eventually those customers wake up, see 6 unopened bottles in their cabinet, and cancel. Or they chargeback because they feel scammed. Because they kind of were That's not a subscription model. That's a cash grab with a cancellation problem built in I'd rather acquire at a slower pace with a real 1 month supply and actually keep customers for 4, 5, 6 months because they're using the product and seeing results The brands doing B2G1 monthly are optimizing for short term cash, not long term business Works until it doesn't. And when those customers churn all at once you're fucked

$200k day to end this life-changing year I will never forget 2025 In january I didn't know how I'm going to pay rent bc I was running out of money and got fired from my job Then landed my first creative strategist role for $7k/mo and felt like im rich & could do anything To then building out my own brands, documenting every step every single day for 249 days until i hit $1m rev total, to then hitting $1m months consistently and today, this just blew my mind, a crazy ending to this life changing year, and a belief shattering one both in terms of revenue number plus reviving dead products with proper research and angles i dont know what 2026 has in store for me but i will be eternally grateful for 2025 let this serve as motivation that if you just focus on the process, focus on being the best you can possibly be, for a long enough timeframe, then there is no way you will not win lets have a great 2026 :) thank you for reading

Kling 2.6 Motion Control is out of control 🤯 Take any reference video... And transfer the exact motion onto an AI character—full-body sync, facial expressions, hand gestures, everything. All with just a few clicks. Perfect for e-comm brands & agencies creating AI video ads that don't look like AI. Here's the problem: AI-generated video ads still look robotic. The movements are stiff. The expressions are flat. Your audience clocks it as AI instantly, and keeps scrolling. Kling 2.6 Motion Control fixes it: → Start with any reference clip (stock footage, existing UGC, motion reference) → Upload to Higgsfield → Map the exact movement onto any AI character → Full-body motion, hand gestures, facial expressions—all transferred → Generate up to 30 seconds of video No stiff AI movements. No uncanny valley. No instant "skip this ad" reaction. What this unlocks for ads: - Use one winning UGC motion → swap in different AI creators - Pull reference clips from anywhere → generate branded variations - Create dynamic AI video ads with real human movement - Test multiple "creators" without filming anyone new I recorded a quick Loom showing how to do this step-by-step. Want access? > Like this post > Comment "KLING" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

People will doubt you at $0/mo. Laugh at $3k/mo. Ask questions at $20k/mo. Call you lucky at $100k/mo. It’s all part of the script.

sat next to a guy on a flight who smelled like old money rolex. tailored suit. reading a physical newspaper like it was 1987. figured he was some finance executive or inherited wealth. we got talking. I mentioned I sell stuff online. he put down his newspaper. "what kind of stuff?" digital products. courses. ebooks. that kind of thing. he smiled weird. "I made $4 million last year selling a PDF about aquariums." I thought he was messing with me. he wasn't. this guy is 61 years old. spent 30 years as an accountant. hated every second of it. retired at 55 with decent savings but nothing crazy. his hobby was aquariums. had been keeping fish tanks since he was 12. "my wife told me to start a blog so I'd stop boring her with fish facts." so he did. wrote about aquarium stuff 3 times a week. water chemistry. tank setups. fish compatibility. for 2 years nobody read it. "I had maybe 50 visitors a month. all probably bots." but he kept going because he had nothing else to do. year 3, one article ranked on google. then another. then another. suddenly he was getting 100K visitors a month. all people searching for aquarium help. "I realized these people would probably pay for a complete guide. so I wrote one." 147 pages. everything about setting up and maintaining an aquarium. priced it at $47. first month: $6K first year: $340K last year: $4.2 million from a PDF about fish tanks. I asked about his marketing strategy. "I don't have one. google sends people to my blog. blog mentions the guide. people buy it. I go play golf." no email sequence? "I have a newsletter. I send fish tips once a week. sometimes I mention the guide at the bottom. that's it." no upsells? "I made a second guide about saltwater tanks specifically. $67. people who bought the first one usually buy the second. that's my whole business." no team? "my wife helps with customer service. we get maybe 10 emails a day. most are just people showing us their tanks." this 61 year old retiree built a bigger business than most "entrepreneurs" I know. no ads. no funnel hacks. no growth strategies. no personal brand. just mass expertise in one weird niche and patience to let it compound. before we landed he gave me advice I didn't ask for: "everyone your age wants to get rich fast. that's why most of you stay broke. I wrote about fish for 2 years before making a dollar. now I make more than I did in 30 years of accounting. speed is overrated. patience pays." the plane landed. he grabbed his newspaper and walked off. probably went home to feed his fish.

@christiandoana even if they acquire customers unprofitably, because of they're amazing product quality and operations they're making a shit ton on the backend. Their LTV should be minimum $300 and they're maximizing profits from email campaigns, post purchase upsell SKUs, etc.

Onuha brothers are very sketchy Very hard to believe they are breaking profit with these sorts of offers VAT, shipping, warehousing, staff wages, ad costs, software, and all these other costs pile up All seems like a scheme to push revenue and use it as proof to sell courses

Here we go again... Please help @ShopifySupport @Shopify @tobi @harleyf Our Shopify Payments was suddenly disabled due to a “rise in chargebacks” and “elevated risk” but our actual chargeback rate is 0.2% Everywhere online you’ll read that staying under 1% is healthy Shopify higher-ups have told us merchants are fine under 1.5% And today I spoke with another Shopify leader who said anything under 3% is acceptable We’ve been a Shopify Plus merchant for 3 years, processed 8-figures+ in revenue, and run a fast-growing subscription brand with $1M+ in monthly recurring revenue We have our own custom formulas, verified Eurofins certificates, CN + USA manufacturing, and patents in progress. We operate fully legitimately This year we’ve dealt with multiple copycats impersonating our brand, causing customer confusion. With our last viral tweet, Shopify successfully took one of them down. Now we’re here again Recently Shopify placed a 10% reserve on our payouts. We didn’t fight it. We accepted it and continued proving we’re a trustworthy merchant. We even received a $2M Shopify Capital offer which we partially used Yet now we’re facing an instant disablement with no warning and a full hold on funds We’ve already sent Shopify every document requested and more than needed for full due diligence If Shopify chooses not to reinstate our payments, then at minimum they should migrate our subscription tokens and cancel our Shopify Plus plan so we can continue operating without losing our entire subscriber base This situation is critical for us and our customers Please review our case ASAP 🙏

BM vanished at $40k days with MRR (Over 60% profit margins) before BFCM. Lost the whole biz overnight. 2nd time this happened to us btw Dropshippers worry about their ads and margins, in the meanwhile we're only afraid of insiders, zuck, and shopify payout times. Different levels
