It's been over 3 years since I've posted here. Life got busy. Business got bigger. During that time I've stayed heads down, building my Amazon business full-time. Since I started selling, I've done over $12,000,000 in sales through arbitrage and wholesale. I've made plenty of mistakes, learned a lot, and realized there's still so much to improve. I think it's time to start sharing again. I'll be posting what's actually working, lessons I've learned scaling, sourcing strategies, Amazon updates, and the realities of running an e-commerce business, not just the highlight reel. If you're building an Amazon business (or thinking about it), I hope you'll find something useful here. Excited to be back.

Getting ungated on Amazon in 2026 is simple. Don't confuse that with easy. Want the full guide on using Ai to help you get ungated? Comment "AI" and I'll send it over.

You don't need to be the smartest person to succeed on Amazon. You need to be: • Consistent when sales are slow • Patient when a product takes time to move • Willing to learn from your mistakes • Adaptable when Amazon changes the rules • Willing to do the boring work nobody sees Most people quit because they want results before they've put in the reps. Amazon rewards the sellers who can stay in the game long enough to get good. The biggest advantage isn't capital. It's staying power.

One of my favorite things about Amazon is people used to think toys didn’t sell in the summer. I think that myth has mostly been busted but for those that weren’t sure… Not bad for 11am!

Becoming an Amazon seller gave me something I never expected: time. I'm raising 2 kids, with our 3rd on the way, and instead of missing the moments that matter because I'm stuck in an office, I get to be there. School drop-offs. Doctor appointments. Random Tuesday lunches. Playing in the backyard. Building an e-commerce business hasn't always been easy. There were plenty of long nights, mistakes, and risks. But the freedom it's created for my family has made every bit of it worth it. Money is great. Time with your kids is priceless. That's the real ROI. If you're building something today, keep going. The sacrifices can pay you back in ways that aren't measured in dollars. What's the biggest benefit Amazon has given you outside of income?

@ecomtjb Couldn’t agree more I have two little ones as well and I get to be present for all of these moments as they grow up. Like you said this business is not easy and can be very stressful at times but the freedom it provides is worth every stressful moment.

6 months of fighting. Trying countless different methods of being reactivated. And finally made it happen. Shoutout to Amazon Sellers Attorney for getting it handled extremely timely. If you’re fighting a section 3 they are worth every penny, glad to be back in action!

@SteveFrenchAMZ Basically feels like the entire general population just assumes Amazon only offers dropshipping. Dropshipper course sellers did a number on these people lmao

SellerAmpSAS goes down so often it's ridiculous to be relying on an aging tool, especially when running a business like my own doing multi 6 figures in revenue monthly. ProfitGo is the way forward for certain! 🚀

@TonyGainzzz No point in stopping OA if it's going well. Don't get caught up in the shiny object syndrome

I don't know how to do Wholesale, brand direct, or A2A but man for OA, I am a killer. I know its probably not much different to do those business models, but taking the time to learn them, will definitely slow me down and cause friction in my biz considering the fact I have a 9-5 as well. When I first started 2 years ago, my First goal was 100K months. Told myself once I get there I can dabble with other models. Let me get better at this OA shit. Now that I am at 200K months I realized I don't need any of those business models to succeed. I know exactly what I need to do to get to 400-500K months. I just need to get better at OA and double down on it. That's it.

I haven't done a thing in the last few days and my free Chrome extension has been working the whole time I wasn't. Replen Scout has been tracking 89 Amazon sellers, a lot of them some of my biggest competitors, and it just surfaced 1,985 new ASINs they've started selling this week. That's almost 2,000 fresh products for me to dig through for buys, and I didn't lift a finger to find them. The extension did all of it. That's the whole point of it. Instead of checking storefronts one at a time it watches the sellers I care about and flags the second they add something new. It's turned into a tool I don't want to run my business without. It's also completely free for anyone who wants it. Link below.

My son turns 13 today. The days are long, but the years are short. Watching him grow into a young man has been one of the greatest pleasures of my life. While I’m happy to see him becoming who he’s meant to be, I don’t want these remaining years to pass by too quickly. I won’t pretend to know much about proper parenting. My only hope is that the decisions I’ve made along the way have been good ones as I try to guide him toward adulthood. There’s no profound lesson I’m trying to share in this post just some morning reflections. For those with kids still at home: be present when they want or need your attention. Never make them feel like a bother. There will be moments you’ll look back on and wish you could have back.

lol, Amazon took away our ability to rack up hundreds of thousands a year in CC points and instead gives us 15 bucks off a flight. Gee golly, thanks!
