@CenCaliCowboy@ryanbdrm@jzellis Incorrect. There is competition to make better versions (e.g. fast acting versions - See Arecor) and better overall drugs (e.g. GLP1s) where companies (I.e. their investors/shareholder) invest real $$$ in R&D. Limited patent life forces/ensures R&D investment
