Working in ED is hard.A draw brings us back even after the most challenging of shifts. It may be a passion for what we do or a drive and will to bring the best of ourselves to our jobs every day. We might be biased,but we think those that work in EM, are some of the very best👊🏽

Where do we think 'wellbeing' activities/initiatives (broad, I know) fit best into the CQC domains? Have emergency departments/divisions fitted activities in neatly, or do you think they're not a neat fit and are best not defined in this way?
