It is obviously deplorable if he has been threatened and doxxed, but the criticism was fair.
The cynic would suggest this is all too easily a ruse to deflect from the actual decision. The optimist would say it is knee-jerk incompetence.

It’s not a penalty and the world knows it. There’s no debate to be had. It’s a header. The ref and VAR have, and not for the first time this season, had a major say in the outcome of a game. The world of football is laughing at us. As for the pictures that ‘conclusively show it struck the hand?’ Give me a break ffs. The pics circling, from the side where the hand is raised, will always look as if it struck the hand. It didn’t. I’ve attached pics, as an example, of how a picture can trick you into seeing something you want to see. So the pics circling can go in the bin. The issue here is Beaton and Dallas and how they gave a penalty decision from one view of the incident. It’s scandalous. Scottish football needs to unite and tell TEMU VAR to GTF.
