@svpino Basically, agents are an ops product pretending to be a model demo. Identity, secrets, retries, scheduling, audit logs, cost caps, that’s the real agent framework. The LLM is the easy part.

@levelsio Isn’t the argument for LLMs.txt that it’s way more token efficient? The LLM doesn’t have to crawl your site. Or what’s the alternative? With mcp yeah never made sense to me.

While LLMs talk, AI Agents DO. An LLM can write a script but an AI Agent can write the script, debug it, run it, and deploy it to a server. All these without you holding its hand. We are moving on from using "chatbots" to "digital coworkers."

is anyone else seeing this? claude code seriously overcomplicates even the simplest of logic with each additional prompt, code becomes more and more abstract, new functions and libraries pop up left and right refactoring is impossible, even with an LLM

At a conference today. Every speaker: "AI is the most challenging change ever." They mention prompt injection and LLM risks. But nobody talks about training data poisoning, model supply chain integrity, or what happens when you feed your crown jewels into third-party models.
