@couuor @RSteveData The seasonality (trend) and diminishing returns are so intertwined . At a monthly level it’s aggregated enough but at a weekly (e.g pace per day) the cointegration is a pain. Internally, we take our research and turn it into little lectures and we have one exactly about this!

Everyone is talking about the death of SAAS. In DTC I actually think SAAS as a % of revenue is going to go up but payroll % will go down. If you’re a commoditized SAAS sure you’re gonna get squeezed. But new vertical agentic SAAS tools are going to reduce headcount’s. We have two tools in stealth that have already done so on the CX and influencer side. I think media buying will be agentified next. Exciting times.
