Many of us watched this young man play hockey since he was about six years old. My kid played against him for years. It’s amazing to watch his further development into an excellent NHL player. The captain sees it too. #LetsGoOilers

Good, this looks like a Connor seal of approval to me. This is also a renewal we need to get done ASAP. This kid is the goods and he looks better game after game. Crazy smart defensive hockey and an unreal stretch pass he's used multiple times recently.

Sometimes we forget the absolutely bonkers numbers Wayne Gretzky put up in the 80's.

@ABSonrOfVikings @MarkJCarney As of April 2026, the unemployment rate for Canadian students (aged 15-24 attending school) is 16.0%. This is notably higher than the overall youth unemployment rate (14.3%) and reflects a challenging job market for students seeking employment, with the rate for students.

Great, 🤔how many were part of the 153,324 students identified by the government as potentially violating the conditions of their study permits between 2023 and 2024? In early 2025, or as you like the say the new Liberal government, it was reported that nearly 50,000 international students were listed as "no-shows" at colleges. While 153,000+ potential violations were noted, the government was only able to investigate roughly 2,000 cases annually. @CPC_HQ @OurCommons Again with the new @liberal_party based on a March 2026 Auditor General's report, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) identified approximately 39,500 international students whose permits had expired and who did not apply for another permit, indicating they should have left the country but remained untracked.

Culture is what you tolerate! Not the poster in the locker room, team slogan, or pregame speech. Team culture is rarely destroyed by one bad player. It’s destroyed when selfishness, laziness, negativity, disrespect, excuses, entitlement, and bad body language get ignored by coaches, defended by parents, laughed at by the bench, or allowed by veteran players and captains. The best teams protect the standard together.

A bad coach tears people down. An average coach focuses only on results. A good coach teaches skills and systems. A great coach builds confidence and trust. An exceptional coach helps people believe in themselves at a higher level. And the best coaches impact lives long after the scoreboard stops mattering.

Is it crazy to think the Oilers off-season is just. Resign Dickinson, Kapanen and Murphy. Keep RFA’s Dach and Stastney Trade for Cossa. Sign one free agent forward.

I hadn’t been on the floor at a concert in years, we were about ten rows back from the stage. It was really loud, ears are a little sore today. Yes, Emmett played a solid solo, he still has sick skills on guitar.🤘🏼 Gil Moore was on and off the stage a lot, he can still sing and play, but had a limited role. I think they brought in the other three highly talented musicians to really give fans a good rock show. Sadly Mike Levine wasn’t part of the 50th anniversary tour, at least not last night. April Wine was excellent, I hadn’t seen them perform without Myles Goodwyn the lead vocalist, guitarist, and principal songwriter of the band. Hard to replace such a key role as that, but they were great! My wife hadn’t seen April Wine since a young Bryan Adams and his band were opening up for them many years ago in Saskatchewan, she was really impressed, forgot how many hits they had. Great time last night.

Really good concert in Edmonton last night, Rik Emmett can still play brilliantly. The two musicians from Slash’s band, Myles Kennedy and The Conspirators, Todd Kerns (Bass/Vocals and Brent Fitz (Drums/Keyboards), along with the guitarist and vocalist from Bon Jovi playing with Triumph on this 2026 tour Phil X (Philip Xenidis), were really good. That Phil X dude can hit the high notes, Emmett at 72 can’t quite do anymore. The boys were loud! Tip of the hat to April Wine, the late Myles Goodwyn’s hand picked lead vocalist and guitarist Marc Parent was really solid. Bass player and drums were great too! Everyone in the crowd sang along to all hits. Brian Greenway who joined the April Wine in 1977 is on this concert tour, still demonstrating his guitar skills last night.
