@signulll I disagree. A lot of AI energy and tokens will be expended to get data in the spreadsheet format. The spreadsheet will be the destination. It will be safe. Everything that comes in between your data and the destination is up for grabs.

microsoft 365 & google workspace have maybe 4-5 years of relevance left simply cuz the document/spreadsheet paradigm itself will become mostly irrelevant. i.e. it already makes zero sense to draft, review, or analyze anything without a native ai environment around it. that gap only widens over time. & most communication incl. email, chat, status updates is heading toward agent mediated flows where humans set intent & ai handles execution. this leaves the incumbents stranded with human first tools in an ai first world, retrofitting copilots onto artifacts nobody should be producing manually in the first place. they become the system of record, but no longer the system of creation. & that’s a very dangerous place to be.

One of the best out there. Their biggest moat - evergreen content. They are not impacted by current tech trends or political landscape. One can listen to the episode on Rolex 2 yrs from now, and it will still be highly engaging. Brilliant!

Acquired Podcast ad revenue by year: 2020: $0.2M 2021: $0.8M 2022: $2.5M 2023: $5M 2024: $8M 2025: $12M 2026: $16M+ (sold out) 2027: $18M+ (sold out) 2028: $25M+ 2029: $38M+ They only run 8 episodes a year. So wild. Media is the new moat. Distribution is all that matters.

@LOGOinvestor @claudeai In PPT ex, Claude will never come close Microsoft. MS owns the presentation layer & will continue to be in the mix. But the intermediate business logic is headless and anyone can own it. Claude owning it is a natural step towards capturing the margins.

@edorahg @claudeai But won’t Claude also compete away your value add? I keep hearing Claude can do everything, hence no other need for anything 😆 and yet it can’t make me a proper PowerPoint template

@claudeai Just remember, your revenue base comes from companies using your ai. If ur ai puts your clients out of business, u have no clients keeping you in business. One would think ai would understand this

Only because the child was that of a migrant. Had it been any other child of his social status or higher, he would have laughed it off and probably plucked himself and given her

@JaladiTeja @SurajKrBauddh Who learns by being tied to a pole? I would rather take the risk of her turning into a thief when she grows up than reprimand her in this inhuman fashion to show my moral high handedness. I doubt he would have assumed a role of a teacher if it was his neighbor's kid.

@edorahg @SurajKrBauddh Ya as a pediatrician I'm telling. Is she hasn't been taught who will teach her. Really dontbsee a point here. So u wantvto treat differently if she steals some thing big which she will surely do if she is not reprimanded now. That's what I told

"Uncle, please save me." 😥 "Retd. Army man became a monster." 😡 This man tied a baby girl to an iron railing and beat her MERCILESSLY just because she took a guava from his garden in Una, HP. I'm speechless about the pain she must have felt. This man must be arrested ASAP.

@JaladiTeja @SurajKrBauddh 100% I would not tie a kid to the pole. In fact I will not tie an adult to the pole either for stealing guava. Shocked that you are a consulting pediatrician.

@SurajKrBauddh Let's suppose some migrant came and stole some thing, What will be your response.? It's common all throughout India to tie thieves like this. Just bcoz she is a child doesn't make the wrong thing right. If she hasn't been thought imagine what she'll do in future. Use common sense

This question mixes two different things. For sms based otp the server does store it in cache or database with expiry time. It checks the entered code against the saved one and also sees if time is still valid. For time based codes like in google authenticator app there is no storage of the actual code. Both sides use the same secret key that was set up earlier plus the current time slot to calculate the exact same number independently. Server just runs the same calculation and matches it. That is how verification works without saving the short lived code itself.

Every morning, if you are a newspaper reader, you must be coming across a number of "appeal for identification" ads printed by local and state police departments, which carries photos of decomposed and disfigured faces of unidentified bodies, mostly victims of murders. They are so disturbing that generally people skip those pages even without looking at them. The faces are so disfigured that even the relatives of the victims would find it really difficult to identify them. While earlier there was no technology available to make photos of disfigured bodies matching to the original ones, but with the AI advancements, it is very much possible now to come up with couple of options which matches to the original when the person would have been alive. The chances of identification would go up multiple times. This is a request to Central and all state governments to use such inexpensive technology and use these "reconstructed" images in the "appeal for identification". It will help only in identifying the bodies quickly, but also bring much needed dignity to dead victims.

i'm still processing this. marc andreessen just said he's "completely in love" with our product on lenny's podcast. the co-founder of andreessen horowitz. the guy who's backed stripe, twitter, airbnb, slack. said this about @WisprFlow. most people think wispr is just better dictation. but marc got what we've been building toward from day one: voice ai that understands intent, not just words. we've spent years in conversations where people couldn't see the difference. where the thing we were obsessed with felt impossible to explain. and here's someone who's seen thousands of startups articulating it perfectly in one sentence. grateful to have @pmarca as a customer.

@godbole_shilpa What if they haven't watched it yet? I mean even Vicky Kaushal watched it so late. I heard Karan Johar already posted in on instagram. Why does it matter if they praise the film or not?

Vicky Kaushal, Priyanka Chopra… even Thalaiva Rajinikanth have all tipped their hats to a film that’s clearly smashing it across masses, classes & being discussed in all WA groups … One can’t help but wonder why the Khans, Kapoors & the KJo gang not bring themselves to put up on their SM that they watched Dhurandhar & liked it? It should actually be in their favour to echo what the masses are already saying, to be in step with the audience that’s getting Dhurandharised. They call themselves actors, no?
& they can’t even act like they agree with the public!

His name was Manjunath Shanmugam. He was an IIM Lucknow graduate. He got a job with Indian Oil Corporation as a sales officer. His territory was Uttar Pradesh. He found that petrol pump dealers were adulterating fuel and cheating customers. He reported it. He sealed the pumps. On November 19 2005 a petrol pump owner shot him dead outside his office. He was 27 years old. The killers were convicted. Sentenced to life imprisonment. His parents did not get compensation for 15 years. His college created the Manjunath Shanmugam Trust in his name to fight corruption. Some men die because they refused to look the other way. India forgets them too quickly.

@evisdrenova @TrustVanta Kinda interesting that in theory software companies should all be very profitable but few end up with fat margins which leads to shady behaviour.

I will never use @TrustVanta again after how they just treated us. My company was acquired in August of 2025. We promptly emailed Vanta to inform them that we are shutting down our business and need to cancel. After 1 month, they finally replied with direction. "Can you send us acquisition documents?" I replied back and said "I can't legally share our acquisition documents with a vendor, what do you need?" They then ghosted us until January of 2026 (5 months later). During this time, they charged us for 2 quarterly payments (about $5K total). In January 2026, they finally said they need a certificate of dissolution, which I sent to them. They then refunded us $700. I asked for a refund dating back to August 26th when we initially sent the cancellation email. They responded with, "we cannot refund you because the Vanta software was still running until January of 2026. " It was running BECAUSE YOU GHOSTED US AND DIDN'T PROCESS OUR CANCELLATION. @christinacaci is this how you do business and treat your customers who trusted you for 2+ years?
