Cuán difícil puede ser el cambiar en un sistema una cuenta de correo? @LATAMAirlines lleva 1 semana “analizando” el tema y aún no lo logra. Para que hablar de su área de soporte, have 4 días que ya no responde. Por eso tanta gente no le gusta esta compañía.

@LATAMAirlines reconoce que un mail corporativo (según ello un .com) hace que su sistema se caiga. Solo aceptan hotmail, gmail, etc. Este tipo de vulnerabilidades me inquieta en cuanto al resguardo de mis datos personales. Adjunto screenshot de correo.

Ahora entiendo porque la gente encuentra que @LATAMAirlines es tan penca. Hace 4 días pedí algo tan simple como cambiar el correo de cuenta con ellos y aún sigo esperando. Si no tengo una solución hoy, compro pasajes en otra línea área
