@Blxckatoro @edu_imad you missed out in the end! imad was legit - my boyfriend got the two remaining tickets from him and is singing along as we speak (: it’s a shame we’re all so traumatised from scammers 🤣

@edu_imad I read Dr. Zulfiqar’s book on the topic and found it entirely unconvincing. I have some serious questions. Would you be willing to correspond via email?

@edu_imad salaam brother, quick question. Is it accurate to assume that on the 30th night of the lunar month that there is a visible crescent on the horizon, even if it’s obstructed by clouds?

@HarryJ86913 “Somewhere in the world” already is a problem because each location has its own date. There is no one global calendar. For a given location the rule holds true… but I am hesitant to 100% confirm because it might be different at the North Pole, which i’ll have to check.

@edu_imad Like, on the 30th night there’s absolute certainty that there’s a visible crescent in the horizon at least somewhere in the world?

Palestinians in Gaza are celebrating the first day of Eid outside flattened mosques and among the rubble of their homes. As Eid al-Fitr begins, we must rediscover something very simple: we are all human beings on one planet — and we all deserve to live in peace.

@j_b_kennedy Asymptomatic virus initially. It helps me understand previous postviral fatigue illnesses.

Question. If you think viral persistence lies behind #longcovid (& I know many here do) how do you account for the vax-injured who share many of the same symptoms as post-viral longhaulers? My mum was affected by Pfizer vax that way. Makes me question viral persist as a theory.

@trentgarrison @PutrinoLab I had CFS/ME with PEM decades ago. It took me 18 months to recover, but somehow (& I have no idea how) I did. I let well-meaning friends talk me into exercise a couple of times, & paid dearly for those mistakes. Then I listened to my body.

Ok. One last time: #LongCOVID, #PEM and exercise. Let's talk and I'll try to be REAL clear and REAL simple. If someone has PEM, exercise is contraindicated. Not only do you not prescribe/suggest exercise, you recommend avoiding exercise. That's it. Simple. No gray area. Why? 1/

Why is it that I have never in my life met a man claiming to have "chronic fatigue," "long covid," or "fibromyalgia"?

@ImamTomFacchine It’s not perrenialsim which is anti modern; it’s “traditionalism”/“neotraditionalism”. Perrenialsim in and of itself [the belief there is a single, perennial religion which takes different forms] isn’t inherently anti-modern. Gueneon et all of course were.

Being treated like CFS folk have been for eternity when we got sick after a virus. Doing better since I worked on regulating the nervous system…hard work.

@niyana_holt @gezmedinger There is a lot of anger due to misunderstanding. But as long as people keep saying we are benefitting and improving, why the problem? Talk to us. It takes patience and a skilful approach. 3/4 or 75% is not bad! Well done.
