@HomeDepot why can’t your CSRs tell me when I will get my order? According to them, it was sent to someone else to be drop shipped to me. But because they can’t tell me it’s shipping status, they have to open a ticket with them and the other party will contact me with a ship date

Update - @Walmart Claims Services (owner of @SamsClub ) denied my claim, I'm challenging their determination, I've received a voicemail from their manager and was told that the process is for us to talk, and have left 2x messages in 10 days and no call back ...

@SamsClub @Walmart told me that the damage they did to my car at their tire center is not their fault. Photo 1,2 is wheel they worked on (cross thread stud, lug scraped). Photo 3, 4, 5 are my other rims - notice something? The other rims have no scrapes! thanks Sams Club!

@UGG you customer service sucks because your UGG store in Tinton Falls NJ ordered wrong color (ordered Gray when my son wants Blue), then it's backordered, then I cancel the back-order, then I order Blue - now I am told that the Gray can't be cancelled because its shipping WTF?

@Walmart @SamsClub why do I have to chase down your adjustor to get reimbursed for the damage at the Edison @SamsClub Tire Center did to my car? Never saw a professional tire center cross-thread the stud / nut when remounting a tire on top of all the deep scratches to my rim!

Be careful of what you buy from @Segway as a 4 month old $29.99 lock has no warranty behind it even though it is clearly a manufacturer defect. DON'T expect it to protect your scooter or bike!!! and this is per their customer service... #POS #BROKEN #defect
