There is no “rise of One Nation” there is just a “Splintering of the Menzies Liberals” A party that remains unlikely to win ANY seats in a 47 seat parliament is not a political force, no matter how hard billionaires & media chicken littles might be trying to convince us otherwise

The truth in South Australia is the same truth that has been true across Australia since 1901 There are only two political parties in Australia, Labor and not Labor Whether it’s in Blue, Green or Orange the pro-billionaire parties are just old money, tech money or fascist money

Been asked a million times this week my thoughts on tonight's #WAC2026 final In a nutshell, Japan are by miles the best team in the tourni, class above, so good to watch, but in football that guarantees nothin. If they are not clinical, the Matildas are right in it, every chance

Dear Mr Kennard @SamKSS with respect, the energy market paradigm is shifting. Australian mining, already cost effective/technologically advanced will prosper but not with coal/gas. Our export customers (eg SKorea) are transitioning to wind/solar/battery renewables. It’s cheaper.
Sam Kennard@SamKSS

Pretending banning new coal mines in NSW will change the trajectory of global coal use and mining is a delusion. Net zero is self harm. Reality check 👇

If One Nation is banning the ABC from their “HQ” in SA because they don’t like the coverage then maybe the ABC should stop giving them so much FREE coverage? I expect commercial media to chase ratings(ad sales) but the ABC could act according to the national interest & block ‘em

@ALeagueHQ @marcothejourno Unfortunately in a salary cap league you might lose a couple of players you would like to keep when their contract expires, Kraev I think would be good to keep as our 3rd visa player we need to somehow resign Frazer, if available and then another very top shelf player or 2

🚨 @marcothejourno (🌕) - [19.2.2026]: In terms of the [WSW] squad, expect a big cleanout of players. Kosta Barbarouses, Alou Kuol, Bozhidar Kraev and Josh Brillante – all of who are off contract at the end of the season – will not be offered new deals.

NineMedia: Australian cricket will consider raising millions more dollars from wagering product fees to bring the national game closer to the huge levels of gambling revenue scooped up by the NRL and AFL. Amid debate on whether to sell stakes in the eight Big Bash League clubs – set to come to a head at a two-day meeting of Cricket Australia chief executive Todd Greenberg and state association chiefs in Melbourne on Thursday and Friday – the option of raising significantly more revenue through wagering product fees is being talked about at both CA and state levels. smh.com.au/sport/cricket/…

@QuentinDempster The cost return on drilling for Oil in the Great Australian Bight is not good they need a high oil price to justify it, otherwise they would have done it 30 years ago when Bass Strait was drying up

@football360au Unfortunately some people are having a go at GVE for speaking truth. The club needs to settle on a consistent structure and style. Anyone who suggests this will be an overnight fix are kidding themselves. It will take time. But first the owners must commit to doing this.

WOW 😮🎙️ Western Sydney Wanderers coach Gary van Egmond just laid bare the state of the club in an INCREDIBLE press conference. Speaking after a 4-2 loss at home to Adelaide United, he said his players 'didn't want it' as much as their opposition. Then, he went public with exactly what he feels has held the club back for years - using a music analogy. Box office stuff. Do you agree, Wanderers fans? 🤔 Full story: tinyurl.com/4arz6x63

@MichaelPascoe01 Now is the time to cash in on our gas and the gas companies are charging a premium so why are we not getting part of that premium? We have plenty of gas, are a stable country and so can guarantee supply.

Cory Bernardi has run a very successful campaign for One Nation in South Australia, and from all over the country we wish him well in the election tomorrow. He has listened and responded to concerns. One of the most memorable moments of his campaign was visiting a homeless camp and speaking with people that Labor and the Liberals wouldn’t dream of visiting. Hearing them, learning of their difficulties. These are the real stories people want to hear and understand. And Cory Bernardi had the guts to confront those scenes head on. Whatever happens in the South Australian election tomorrow, we know that Cory and his team, including Carlos Quaremba our state President and our candidates, have worked so hard. I will never get my head around a government-funded, not-for-profit tax-free organisation also allowed to siphon $50m per year from the gambling industry. You are either a NFP delivering a social benefit, OR a profit-focused business operating within the law. Can't be both.

@jamesmassola You just need the AFL to offer to put a team in Canberra and $2Bil will be found for a new stadium. I am actually disappointed that the NRL has not used their so-called political capital to get the Fed Govt to spend money on the Stadium
