@jazzman400 Maybe I did not watch enough films but Horford was a great defender in his prime. I am not sure Boozer can be that good.

Utah doesn’t have the cap space. This would have to be a sign-and-trade. Before the draft lottery you could squint and maybe see it. After the draft lottery, I don’t see it at all.

The trade the Jazz need to make isn’t from 2 to 1. It’s for a second first rounder. The Jazz have some young players who are not going to be a part of the future. I think they could offer 1 or 2 of them and get a late 1st rounder.
I’m also more and more convinced they need Nurk back. I’m hoping they could get him for vets minimum or MLE type money. He’d be such a terrific backup. His passing really opens up this offense.
