Edworking vs Notion in one line: if you want Tasks, Docs, Chat, Files, Meetings, and AI together (not 5 tools), pick Edworking. If you only need a flexible wiki, Notion can fit. Compare: edworking.com/compare/edwork…

Productivity and fulfillment don’t happen by accident. They’re the result of intention, self-awareness, and having a system that works for you—not someone else. I’ve found that to have a productive day, you first need to build your schedule around your natural energy and personal preferences. Start by asking yourself three key questions: Am I an Introvert or an Extrovert? This determines how you recharge. Do you need quiet time to refuel, or do you gain energy from being around others? Do I Prefer Structure or Spontaneity? Some people thrive with a clear plan; others feel suffocated by rigid structure. Know where you fall so you can design your day accordingly. When Do I Have My Best Energy—Morning or Evening? Identify your peak performance window. That’s when you should schedule your most important work—the stuff that requires focus, creativity, or strategic thinking. When you align your schedule with these answers, you operate from a place of strength. You’re no longer fighting your natural rhythm—you’re flowing with it. That’s where true productivity lives. But what about fulfillment? To have a fulfilling day, you need clarity on what brings you joy and satisfaction. For me, it boils down to these four pillars: 1) Working out and eating clean – These keep my body strong and my mind sharp. 2) Learning – I love feeding my brain through books, podcasts, and live events. 3) Sharing my passion – Whether I’m on stage or writing a book, helping others grow lights me up. 4) Watching my kids do what they love – Few things bring me more joy than watching my three children thrive in their element. When I touch all four of these pillars in a single day—even in small ways—I feel aligned, energized, and deeply fulfilled. Lastly, there are two daily practices that elevate both productivity and fulfillment: Resist the temptation to blame, complain, or make excuses. They steal energy, erode accountability, and cloud your thinking. Resist the temptation to worry. Worry wastes focus on things you can’t control. Instead, invest that focus in what you can control—your attitude, effort, and choices. Productivity comes from knowing yourself and managing your energy. Fulfillment comes from living in alignment with what matters most. Put them together—and you’re well on your way to winning today.

Is your team suffering from "meeting bloat"? 📉 The best remote teams are shifting to async-first to protect deep work, improve documentation, and offer true flexibility. How much of your week is spent in meetings that could have been a doc? 👇 #RemoteWork #AsyncWork

It seems like everyone is obsessed with productivity and efficiency yet rarely get anything meaningful done. I'm convinced your best work is done when you're not working. When you have space for creative ideas to emerge that drastically change the trajectory of your life/work.

My team's productivity 2x’d when I started spending one day a month doing what no other CEO does. I can tell you what any of my 45 employees do from 7am to 7pm. Pick anyone on my team. CMO. Support agent. Engineer who started last week. I'll tell you how they start their morning. What gives them energy. What's blocking their best work. What drives them in life. Not from a performance review. From actually sitting next to them and watching them work. Here's why: Most CEOs see their team struggling and bring in consultants. I bring a notebook. I sit with each person. Shadow them for hours. See what their actual day looks like. Not what I think it looks like - what it really is. Then we map the blockers together. And fix them. This isn't about managing them. It's about removing their friction. When I do this, something changes. They don't feel criticized; they feel seen and empowered. The 2x productivity boost is nice. But that's not why I do it. I do it because they stop being employees. They become teammates I actually understand and trust. Here's the truth: Your product will change. Your market will change. Your strategy will change. The only thing that stays with you is your people. So if you're going to prioritize anything, prioritize understanding them. The best CEOs aren't always the smartest people in the room. They're the ones who know exactly what's preventing everyone else from being brilliant. That's the job. — Written with Wispr Flow

When we talk about progress, the data points to one driver: productivity. Since 1950, output per worker has risen from about $19k to $85k a year, even though people are working far fewer hours. A Century of Plenty asks whether we can rebuild the conditions that made that possible. mck.co/4v8bnc6 #centuryofplenty

Onchain that feels like a normal app is the unlock. 10s to wallet, USDC out, no bank lag, and a copilot nudging timing for better rates If freelancers can do this from a small coastal town with spotty service, the last mile is finally getting fixed
Jundo@JundoYaps

Tried sending my first freelance invoice through @allscaleio this evening from a small coastal town sith spotty connection. Funds landed in the recipient's wallet in under 10 seconds, self-custody the whole wah, no bank delays or surprise fees. The interface feels like a regular app but everything stays onchain. Switched to USDC for the payout and the LLM copilot even suggested optimal timing based on recent rates. For anyone running micro gigs or remote work this is smoothing out the last mile that traditional rails never fixed. Signup felt straightforward, dashboard shows live activity without the usual clutter. Worth testing if you're tired of waiting days for cross-border clears.

People do not want productivity tools. They want to feel less behind. Less alone. More in control. Maslow mapped this out in 1943. Survival first. Then safety. Then belonging. Then status. Then growth. You cannot sell someone rung five when they are stuck on rung two. Instagram succeeded because it sold belonging, not photos. LinkedIn sells status, not jobs. I noticed this when I realised the AI tools I kept using were not the most powerful ones. They were the ones that made the work feel less isolating. The AI products that may last are not the most capable. They are the ones that address the right rung.

The start of the year has been tough productivity-wise. Last year drained me more than what I thought possible, and I recognize I could be better in everything I'm doing. Thankfully, I'm slowly feeling more like myself again, and have learned some valuable lessons. The real work starts now🫡 Cheers to the people who have been enjoying the content I've been part of and supporting whenever I cast. 🙏

@MillionPageProj @shlayingit Exactly why we focused on making updates as frictionless as possible. Goal tracking only works when it doesn't feel like a chore. Centralizing tasks and communication (like we do at Edworking) naturally logs progress without the tedious manual updates.

Been thinking a lot about why productivity/goal setting apps don’t work and it basically comes down to how TEDIOUS it is to log updates But this really hit home for me in a conversation w @shlayingit today where we were discussing marketing the Brief vs. Cahoots
