PCB Cavities I don't get to do this very often in practice. But there are processes for providing cavities on your PCB, that allow you to recess parts for height, or other reasons. This is a lot easier when you are putting die in the cavity instead of regular chips. Cause you can just mill out the cavity depth control, instead of doing a dual lamination cycle that would probably be required for having pads to install the parts to on the lower layers like shown in this graphic.

100Amp current is a spicy meat-a-ball. Even if you use 4 oz copper, you still need almost 2inch wide traces. Stacking copper or aluminum bar on top of the conductors on the surface might be a decent approach for such extremes. What kind of supplemental methods can we use here?
