@egginatoir I feel you, but I think we have to get out of that mindset. Not everything has to contribute to the store. It doesn't need to have stakes. We can have a fun "one-off" that doesn't relate to the story as a whole. Star Wars is a whole galaxy, a universe, of things happening.

It's a good, fun summer movie that doesn't require you to be an expert on Star Wars lore. Also, I don't want to hear shit from "Star Wars fans" because that fanbase has become absolutely abhorrent and doesn't deserve nice things anyway.

@yoNando47 @LiteWeightGames I just don't think it was a necessary movie to even be made, when you think of star wars, you would probably think of grand scale wars, like in the main trilogy. As much as I loved the mandalorian show, the movie just felt like 3 filler episodes smashed into a movie

I have never disagreed with a review more in my life. This is so far off the mark (for me) and really shows me just how curmudgeonly some Star Wars “fans” are. Please go see this for yourself and come to your own conclusions

@kcxiv14 @socoego @Krexxal Also every time someone complains that a switch version doesn't look as good as a ps5 I just cringe. The switch is MUCH smaller than a ps5 while also needing room for the battery and screen. I just don't think it's a fair comparison.

@kcxiv14 @socoego @Krexxal You get it! Technically the switch 2 isn't as powerful as the Xbox series s, but it's so much newer and has better architecture that allows for better ray tracing and dlss. It also has more ram, which helps.

@stephenmystic5 @kiwitalkz The funny thing about it is he was already on bail for Nvidia and Uber hacks with his laptop confiscated. He used a fire tv stick to hack into rockstar internal messages to threaten leaking the game unless he got paid.

@stephenmystic5 @kiwitalkz Actually yes, a hacker leaked gta 6 in like 2022 and it forced rockstar to scramble to make a trailer, that's why the first trailer looks so much worse than the second trailer. He got sued, and got sent to a mental facility instead of prison because of autism.

Here's a piece of advice for insiders and leakers regarding Rockstar and Nintendo......stop giving announcement dates down to the day and week!! there is a high probability it will backfire because of how petty they are. Both companies hate leaks to the point where they switch trailers/announcement dates around to discredit people, they have done it before and they will do it again. Both companies love the element of surprise.
