Holy shit. Now everyone will be able to use their @OpenClaws and all the other agentic platforms to build apps on top of X. Here's the secret: build lists. Lists are how you build apps. The pattern: Build a list of your favorite football team. Or whatever you are into. Then ask your AI agents "build an app showing me all the important news about my favorite football team." In minutes you'll have an app. And that's just the beginning. Your agent can build a script about your favorite football team that you can take to places like Google's Notebook LM. Now you have a video, a podcast, a slide deck, a game, a mind map. All about your favorite football team based on real time news. You can do the same with something like @HeyGen, create an avatar of your favorite football player. Now you will have your favorite football player telling you everything that's happening on the football team. And I could go for hours about how many things you can build and not even cover a fraction of them. This is huge. Thank you @elonmusk for making it possible to make millions of agentic apps affordably on top of X. Start building!

This is still 0.5T, but a more recent training checkpoint.
1T model is ~5 days away from finishing initial training. Will be a major step change improvement in coding, long context and skills.
The SpaceXAI model factory is finally working. Should be an improved base model landing every ~2 weeks.

i find myself using the “ask grok” button on the upper right of posts very frequently these days, especially since grok 4.20 feels a lot smarter than previous iterations
it’s really helpful when something looks like fake news and i can quickly check if it’s been vetted anywhere

After an unforgettable ride, this was my last week at @xai.
When I joined in 2024, xAI was a small yet an extraordinary team. I got an amazing opportunity to build our core ML Platforms from scratch and form an ambitious, amazing team. Together we built the core systems that power frontier-model research, evaluations, human data collection, agent training, and daily productivity for every member of technical staff at xAI. It was a true privilege.
I’m deeply grateful to @elonmusk and every single person I’ve had the chance to work with across research, engineering, compute, infra, and beyond. The pace, collaboration, and shared mission to understand the universe and be truth seeking have been unmatched. Being able to contribute to data, training, and infra behind Grok-2-1212, Grok 3, Grok 4, 4.2, Aurora, Imagine and many other efforts been the highlight of my career so far.
Special thank you to my incredible team and all the brilliant people who made this ride so special. I leave more inspired than ever.
