@IKEACanada Appreciate that, though the 'notify me' feature doesn't work if it shows you have *any* inventory (all those 'Qty: 1' items), and there's no ability to aggregate for pickup or delivery. I'm guessing you don't do backlog orders for warehousing reasons. I get it, just frustrating

@TD_Insurance brutal on hold experience. You've been looping the same music for an hour (similar technique used to 'break' enemy combatants btw). Audio cuts out at the one hour mark. Ended up abandoning the call.

@TD_Canada new customer here. Some notes about your IVR. ~35s before I can key in input. ~1m35s before I'm in a queue. Silent option is great, should be option #1. Been on hold nearly an hour with the same message repeating over and over. Why? Whyyyyyy?

I’m saying it: Not a fan of Doug Ford. Namely, defunding so many critical social services/programs and reverting to antiquated sex education in Ontario. But have to give him a token of credit. He’s really stepped up in this moment of pandemic.
