current predicament: core waiting around in `wfi`, im watching cmsis-dap packets. openocd sees EDPRSR values, but when i repeat this whole process with my own [shoddy bespoke] debugger, EDPRSR is zero? i'm pretty sure im doing the power handshake correctly, what the heck :(
