@SawyerMerritt @Tesla I agree…. Customer service when collecting the car for the first time was terrible! They just handed me the key and I had to figure everything out myself

• Improve service times and location site counts. Enable ppl to talk to a human more often. • Build quality at Fremont • Make FSD transferable just one time for early buyers • Solar Roof production output • Lower occurrence of software bugs • Host earnings calls on Twitter Spaces so more ppl listen • Add 360° bird eye view. This improves parking experience a lot • Beef up referral program further • Wipers are often too sensitive on FSD Beta and turn on when it’s not raining
