@DHLNL ,terwijl een van de buren dit heeft ontvangen. Ik heb geen bericht ontvangen dat het bezorgd is bij een van de buren. Mijn volgende pakket, 1 dag later, is in de hal neergelegd, terwijl tracking aangeeft dat dit direct aan mij is afgegeven. Waarom gaat dit zo mis?

@DHLNL Ik heb gekozen voor een standaard bezorgd adres via de app, nl. bij een afhaalpunt. Via tracking is te zien dat het pakket zowel toch naar mijn woning gaat als naar het gekozen afhaalpunt. Tracking geeft aan dat het pakket direct aan mij is afgeleverd, 1/2

@KLM Just for my clarification:I am trying to check in with Delta, on their website. But @Delta states that I have to check in at KLM website.

@ejkierindoongo Unfortunately it’s not possible to check-in online since the flight in your itinerary is being operated by a different airline. I kindly advise you to arrange your check-in either via this particular airline, or collect your boarding pass at the airport on the day of departure.

@KLM Hello, trying to check for a flight tomorrow. Booked via @VirginAtlantic, flying with @Delta, redirected to @KLM for check in, KLM website can't locate the flights and redirects to @Delta. Could you please help?

@VirginAtlantic We have an upcoming familytrip, in January flying to Orlando USA. We just received word that our party of 4 has been split up on the return flight, with 2 booked on a separate flight a full day earlier! How can I change this, so that our family travels together?
