@British_Airways I had the crew of a recent flight raise a case for a service recovery and said I should get a voucher. I see the case has been closed for about 2 days But i have not received any email about the outcome. 1/2

Can we re open this case under the basis that on the portal it says I should have got an email but I haven’t (Checked spam etc) but I did get the you opened a case email. This was for an Inop seat in First. Thanks

@Iberia We have checked in for our IBZ-PMI day trip on Monday and our boarding cards show our status as Sapphire and emerald, but our boarding groups do NOT as we have been allocated group 3 not 0 or 1. Is there a way to get this fixed? Our status is with BA
