𝘼𝙣 𝙐𝙣𝙤𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝘾𝙖𝙡𝙡 𝙁𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙣 𝙀𝙭𝙩𝙧𝙖 𝙊𝙧𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙖𝙧𝙮 𝙈𝙚𝙚𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜 At about 11 am in the morning of 9th February 2026, I recieved a call from an unknown number and the caller after confirming my name informed me that the Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma Ji would like to see me and asked if I could make myself available in the afternoon. I was surprised because neither did I make any such request nor had I even expressed any such desire to my friends in politics and media. After my consent, he hung up and soon called back asking me to reach the Chief Minister's Office by 4 pm. On reaching the CMO and clearing the security checks, I was escorted to a waiting room. An OSD (Officer on Special Duty) to the CM who I was already well acquainted with greeted me warmly and informed me that I may have to wait for some time because the CM had been busy with back to back meetings since morning and had not even had lunch. On inquiring about the subject and nature of the meeting, I was told that the Chief Minister had been meeting political observers and analysts in groups and individually. Although I didn't ask, I was also informed that it will probably be a 5 to 10 minutes short meeting. Before I could begin to gather what could this meeting possibly be about and ponder upon what I should talk about, a person walked in and asked me to follow him as the CM was ready to see me. As I was about to enter a door that someone held open for me, I realised that I was about to walk into his personal chamber and not a conference or meeting room. The Hon'ble Chief Minister Shri Bhajan Lal Ji greeted me with an infectious smile and addressing me by first name asked me to take seat on an Arm Chair adjacent to the one he took for himself. Even though his simplicity had already eased me, he further comforted me by expressing his appreciation and respect for my views because the people of the state listen to me on television news, debates and discussions. After he inquired about my background and how I developed an interest in politics, I also took the liberty to ask his own. Far from public perception, I was amazed to learn about his incredibly long and tough political journey through early days in student politics, community service, party & organizational roles to finally being assigned the mammoth task of serving the 8.5 crore people of Rajasthan as their Chief Minister. After getting to know each other, we quickly moved on to serious and intense discussions on pressing issues of the state, general administration, political narratives, bureaucracy, planning & implementation, vision and commitment. Unlike today's political and administrative culture, he continuously encouraged me to express without hesitation any negatives and scope for improvement. It was heartening and impressive that he was listening more than he spoke. When I asked him about negative perceptions and personal attacks on Social Media, he smiled and said that it is a price that he has accepted to pay and live with because he can't afford to divert his focus from the task assigned to him by his leadership. However, he did agree that Social Media is becoming increasingly impactful and hence, the Government must have an appropriate strategy to counter fraudulent information and dangerous narratives with sound logic, hard facts and proper research. His deep understanding and concern for the people's issues at the grassroots shapes his commitment to deliver. It is often said and written in the media that he is Chief Minister because BJP rewards its ordinary Karyakartas but there are many extra ordinary things about Bhajan Lal Ji Sharma. When the expectation is 5 or 10 minutes but things go way beyond an hour, not everything can be penned down for public space so I'll end with a simple yet powerful advise he received from his grandfather when he entered politics - "I don't expect you to bring the family any fame but try not to spoil our name."

After I recently posted a video about common panther visits in my colony, a lot of friends expressed concern and asked me to either avoid my post dinner walks altogether or practice extreme caution. Well, I have a special friend who accompanies me every night for about last 7 years. The moment I leave my house, she appears out of nowhere, walks along like almost escorting & guarding through the entire path, cautions me of impending dangers and I trust her intelligence because unlike any and many other dogs, she is the only one who remains in the open and no panther has been able to pick her up. We call her 'Rosy'.

@shubham27907 I prefer to use my brain instead of a friend. My doors are always open for her, have made a space for her as well and she does come in once in a while but she prefers her natural habitat.

@seriousfunnyguy Until the Panther arrives in my colony, the street dogs keep barking. This has nothing to do with this video.

@rajscd Common Boundary with Jhalana Forest. Street Dogs other than Rosy don't roam around anymore in our colony, they know the danger. Pets remain inside during the night.

जब तक मेरी कॉलोनी में पैंथर नहीं आता, सड़क के कुत्ते भौंकते रहते हैं। इस वीडियो का इस बात से कोई लेना देना नहीं है।

@flyby2mro She is smarter than you can imagine. Panther visits our colony 7 days a week and she has survived this for 7 years. As far as rehousing is concerned, my doors are always open for her. She knows what she is doing. Trust Me.

@minus80_00 Like I wrote, it has been 7 years now. Got her vaccinated as well and she's always welcome in my home but much like my pets, she enjoys being in her own habitat that has shaped her character, intelligence and strength.

@AnanthBelthur 1. I trust my common sense and gut. I have been doing this for 10 years now. IMHO, Leopards, like most animals, do not attack humans unless trapped or attacked. 2. I am a Shiv Bhakt and I truly trust and respect his form as Pashupatinath Ji as well. He protects me & her.

@eklavyajpr Leopords eat dogs and it is main reason for them to stray into towns and cities. You have just increased chance of getting attacked by 100% unless leopords are confused to pick a choice between you and the dog . PLEASE AVOID stepping out in dark

Living next to Jhalana Forest, we have an oxygen tank in our neighborhood that gives us a zero pollution environment. But Luxury always comes with a cost - we get uninvited visitors almost every night.
