My family consists of both Muslims and Christians. We are a very peaceful and loving family. I grew up in a Muslim-dominated area, and our house was very close to the mosque. I remember how I used to escort my cousin to the mosque for prayers. But something happened when I was around 7 years old that completely changed my perspective about Islam. That Friday, my parents had traveled, leaving me, my elder brother, and my aunt (who was taking care of my younger brother, who was about 1 year old) at home. As usual, every Friday the roads were blocked for Jumu'ah prayers, including the entrance to our house. We couldn’t open our shop or move in and out during prayer time. It was something we had always respected and lived with. On this particular Friday, we were outside before the prayers began. My little brother started crying because he needed water. We couldn’t wait for the prayers to end, so my aunt asked my elder brother (who was 9 years old) to quickly go into the house and get some water. She noticed the gate wasn’t fully blocked at that moment, so he passed in front of the praying congregation, got the water, and came back out. Immediately after the prayers ended, a large crowd nearly 100 people gathered around us. They seized my elder brother, slapped him repeatedly, and nearly tore him apart. My aunt tried desperately to explain that it was an emergency because of the crying baby, but no one listened. Not a single person stepped in to stop them. Even the elders and imams supported the crowd instead of calming them down. As a 7-year-old boy, I stood there in shock. We were completely helpless. By the grace of God, we managed to get away from the situation. Before we knew it, we started receiving death threats. Imagine how a 7-year-old and a 9-year-old felt receiving such threats. That single incident made me do a complete U-turn in how I viewed Islam as a "religion of peace." I still respect Islam and Muslims, but whenever I remember that experience… nahhh, never. The threats continued, so my dad had to take a loan from the bank just to build another house in a safer environment. I’m speaking from personal experience, not from a place of hate.

This is not economical, noilers consume more feed than normal layers. I rather keep normal 300 layers than keeping 300 noilers that will eat and eat and still have a low food to egg conversion compared to layers.
