@pravahansalunke @marknofski @KKriegeBlog Maybe, but not at the same time. To get elected to the Australian Parliament you need to (1) be an Australian citizen (I don't know if he ever took citizenship) and (2) renounce any other citizenship. No dual citizens.

@Nessakins_ Colorado has been real ID compliant for 12 years. I dont even know when it happened but during a routine renewal I got a real ID. I never had to bring anything.

When I got my real ID last year—the thing I was told I needed so that TSA would know I’m me and not a terrorist—the DMV lady asked if I had my birth cert. I went to hand it to her and she goes, “oh no, I don’t need to see it. I just need to know if you have it with you.” HUH??

Did you know that a massive red supergiant star is about to explode? It’s called Betelgeuse. In astronomy terms, “about to” means sometime in the next ~100,000 years. For context: • Recorded human history is ~5,000 years • Ancient Egypt lasted ~3,000 years • The United States is ~250 years old So if Betelgeuse explodes on that timeline, we’re still sitting at the very beginning of the countdown. But when it does go, it won’t be subtle. It could become visible in daylight, right there in Orion’s shoulder. Not dangerous to Earth. Just a front-row seat to a star putting on Coldplay’s Yellow, slipping into a nice warm bath, and saying goodbye, cruel universe.
