🇪🇺 EU ENDS MASS MESSAGE SCANNING – BUT THE FIGHT IS NOT OVER The European Parliament just voted against extending Chat Control 1.0, a law that allowed for the "voluntary" scanning of private messages to detect unlawful activity. The legal basis for voluntary scanning will expire on April 3rd, causing any service provider operating in the EU to halt the scanning of messages immediately. But the fight is not over. The extension was meant to serve as a bridge between the emergency measure Chat Control 1.0 and the permanent Chat Control 2.0, which would require the scanning of messages by law. The next Trilogue negotiations on Chat Control 2.0 are set for May and June 2026, after which the law could be adopted by the EU Parliament and Council as early as July. Från Örebropartiets Facebook: "VIKTIGT!!! Örebro kommun har bestämt sig för att INTE FÖLJA VALMYNDIGHETENS direktiv avseende röstmottagares relationer och jävsförhållanden. Valmyndigheten förespråkar att röstmottagare INTE ska ha relationer till politiker som kandiderar i valen. Det gillar inte den politiska ledningen i Örebro kommun. Örebro kommuns valnämnd (politiskt styrd) ställer inte upp på det utan kommer istället "ta fram en egen policy gällande det". Man menar att det "inte är möjligt för kommunen" att kontrollera vilka röstmottagare man anställer och vilka jävsförhållanden som finns. Man kan inte ens dubbelkolla om vederbörande bor på samma adress som en politiker, menar man. Samtidigt ser man inte heller ett problem med det då "vi ska ha förtroende för röstmottagarnas objektivitet ändå!". (Det här är samma kommun där aktiva S-politiker anställts som tjänstemän för att leda "granskning" av namninsamlingen för folkomröstningen om BRT, en fråga där samma politiker själva röstat i strid mot namninsamlingens intention. En process där man ju "råkade" skriva om 67,7 procent av de underkända personnumren och där kommundirektören kände sig nödgad att hemligstämpla vilken tjänsteman som gjort det. Ett solklart fusk i syfte att stoppa folkets vilja). Valnämnden kommer också prioritera tidigare röstmottagare framför att rekrytera nya, säger man. Man kommer i FÖRSTA HAND vända sig till samma gamla rävar som alltid suttit som röstmottagare, innan man går ut i offentliga kanaler med att man kan anmäla sig som röstmottagare. Man menar också att Valmyndigheten är en myndighet lika mycket som Örebro kommun är en myndighet och att Örebro kommun DÄRFÖR inte ska behöva förhålla sig till Valmyndighetens direktiv. Ni ser ju själva. I förra valet avslöjade vi valfusk i Kumla kommun, där RÖSTMOTTAGARNA gömde våra valsedlar UPPREPADE GÅNGER. Vi fångade det på film. Politikerna i berörd nämnd som granskade valfusk ansåg dock inte att det skulle betraktas som valfusk för "det är inte sannolikt att det kan ha påverkat valet". Sveriges valsystem är att likställa med en bananrepubliks. I de fall valmyndigheten försöker förebygga fusk och stabilisera det hela så har vi kommuner som Örebro som helt enkelt inte finner sig i det. De tänker skita i direktiven. Vår uppmaning till er är därför följande - HJÄLP Örebro kommun att hitta röstmottagare genom att själva anmäla er! DU kan göra stor skillnad i vallokalerna om du kan vara på plats och jobba och säkerställa att allt går rätt till. Det blir mycket svårare för de här att fuska om du som demokrativän finns där.
