@elfinkgs ofc!! it adds up to 357 but i rounded to 400 bc i didnt count the lime, cilantro leaves, or seasonings. those are all relatively low cal tho so it probably doesnt actually add to 400, but obv you can alter this in anyway you want ^^

@elfinkgs if you season it its so yum!! i like to add cilantro and lime juice to mine and make homemade chipotle bowls with it!! ive also seen people use it in oatmeal to add volume bc the flavor is so bland you can barely taste it

@elfinkgs yes! in theory immediate refrigeration/cooling+adding coconut oil turns the starches into resistant starches which makes it harder for your body to digest. TBH I am uncertain how correct this information is but I have read it can reduce calories up to 50%

seaweed snacks are so nice and like.. insanely low kcal. i always get the very normal (not fried or covered with batter) seaweed with spicy seasoning and omg so good and also 100% guilt free

@elfinkgs *cook the rice with coconut oil/butter *once you are done cooking immediately refrigerate/freeze and then let the rice sit (in the fridge) for at least 12 hours before eating
