@mgonto First off - congrats man! Now for the gadgets - can’t recommend the Baby Brezza enough. It’s like an espresso machine for your baby. It keeps the water at the ideal temp and has a hopper full of formula. You just tell it how many ounces and it pumps it out ready to rock.

Meet the new look for Exit Five. It was time to level up and invest in our brand. To grow up. To have a visual identity that matches our ambitions and evolving Exit Five from my side project to a real business; a company with teammates, big goals, and ambitions to build something memorable. Today we hit publish on a whole new look and feel for Exit Five. The website is new, the newsletter design, podcast logo, social media - it's all new. And we're dropped the capital E and capital F and going with "exitfive" This rebrand is not just a change of visuals but a major inflection point for our business. At the last two companies I worked at, marketing was the momentum driver. We tried to launch something big every month to move the company forward; to give us a reason to go back out and talk to our audience. We're taking the same approach now with exitfive, and have a calendar of "marketable moments" planned out from now until the fall. This week it’s the new brand design, website and newsletter. Next week we’re announcing our live event & tickets will go on sale. This is what we review to start our team meetings every Monday. Marketing can create momentum for the company, and speed can be a competitive advantage. I've seen it over, and over, and over again. Shipping work = the quicker you get feedback on your ideas, the quicker you learn what's working. That's the whole game. I love talking about exitfive and all the things we’re up to, but I really want to shout out @eli_rubel and his team at NoBoringDesign for doing this rebrand for us from start to finish. His team works with companies like Loom, Dropbox, CallRail, Yelp, and Productboard. We’re pumped we were able to work with NoBoringDesign for our redesign. Other than the visuals (which look awesome), our team loved their working style. They hit every deadline and were easy to communicate with in Slack. We made so much progress with Slack, Loom, Figma and a very small number of meetings (it's possible with the right people). You don’t need to micromanage or give them the details of every project. You give them a rough idea and they make something beautiful out of it. That’s a dream scenario for a design partner. I recorded this quick video to show off the new brand (I particularly love the newsletter) but you can go check out the website and all of our stuff if you want to see.
