Only in crypto:
- Dev creates a cool project that is even acknowledged by Elon and Peter (Openclaw)
- Someone makes a coin and gives 100% of the creator fees to him, a non-crypto dev
- Coin runs to $2M market cap
- Dev decides to use all his fees to fund a prize pool for an open source AI art competition ($50K)
- Crypto degens (scum) call him out for not doing buy-backs to "support the coin" (while he explicitly stated he will only cash out to fund this competition in perpetuity and will continue building his project) and dump the coin to $30K market cap
The space once again could have done something extremely cool, like funding the largest ever art competition in history ($500-600K is the current record I believe), making headlines and doing a public good but no one got to even hear about this because gamblers had to nuke the coin immediately.

The 2nd edition of The Arca Gidan Prize will begin this Sunday, now w/ a $50k prize fund! Artists will be challenged to push open models to their limits from March 1, w/ winners receiving substantial prizes, travel to show their work at ADOS Paris + a 4.5kg Toblerone chocolate bar as their trophy.
