Truth behind American Revolution While textbooks focus on Boston Tea Party, the real cause of the American Revolution was: British banned local currencies of American colonies. Bank of England directed King George II/III to issue Currency Acts of 1751 and 1764. Why? Control the money, you control the population. Plus, by that time, BoE was taken over by private bankers; and every pound sterling was debt. Thus, people in one land had to work their asses off for paper money printed far away. And the owners of central bank made ££££ doing nothing. Hey, that sounds familiar! 🤔
