Did you know? Vestibular ganglion/Scarpa's ganglion can mimic a tiny schwannoma. Thanks @rhwiggins #RSNA20 #hnrad. Now can we stop following these by imaging ( I think not !) Another mimic is venous plexus in the IAC ajnr.org/content/early/…

@PhilipRChapman1 @draash Amazing, especially when you think it all started few weeks before with a tiny blood or CSF (or mixed) collection WITHIN a dural layer as thick as 8 μm (yes: SUBDURAL hematoma is one of the most successful misnomers in the history of medicine ! 🤓)
